Baccarat most common in casinos, also known as Punto Banco, is a
game of luck, but that does not
mean you can not improve your chances by playing consciously.
First the player must always avoid betting on a tie. Despite
paying much more than the other bets, usually 8 to 1, this bet
has a horrible return compared to the other.
The player must also pay attention that when the dealer wins, he
retains 5% as commission from winning bets. Although it may seem
strange, even the dealer retains a percentage of your bet, bet
on the dealer slightly decreases the house edge.
In some casinos this commission on bets the dealer does not
exist, but when the dealer wins with a 6 it retains 50% of the
bets. In these games, unlike when there is a commission, bet on
the dealer is a bad choice.
As you can see the rules of Baccarat are simple, and the
advantage that the house has on the players is very small
compared to other games. |
